Since 1989, she has been a professor at ESD where she currently assumes the role of coordinator of the Scientific Committee of the Master's Course in Dance Teaching. At ESD, she has presided over the Pedagogical Council and the Assembly of Representatives. She teaches in the master’s degree in dance teaching, being responsible for the curricular units of Methodologies and Didactics of Classical Dance I and II, Introduction to Internship and Seminars and Conferences. She also teaches at the undergraduate level, in the curricular units Dance Techniques IV and VI, Vocabulary Analysis I, Methodologies and Pedagogies II and Educational Practices (Classical Dance Option).
She dedicates herself to the area of methodologies and didactics of teaching classical dance and also to historical and traditional dances, and, as such, is invited to give seminars and workshops in different contexts and frameworks.
She is a choreographic consultant, dancer and choreographer in cinematographic works by Raúl Ruiz, João Botelho, Jorge Queiroga and Jorge Paixão da Costa, among others.
Since 2013, she has been part of the body of Dance critics at the international journal of this specialty - Dance Europe.
