How to register/enroll?
Registration/Enrollment is carried out online on NETP@, the academic portal.
New students will receive instructions via email to activate their institutional account and register on the platform, which must be completed on the dates indicated in the e-mail.
At the time of enrollment/registration, they must pay the registration fee, the 1st installment of the tuition (*) and the school insurance amount (**). These payments are all made through the academic portal.
(*) You may not pay the 1st installment if you want to apply for the Social Action Services Scholarship. To do this, you must send an e-mail to secretaria@esd.ipl.pt.

Once enrolled, how do I obtain academic information?
On the school website, in the menu of each course, you can check the school calendar, timetables, regulations, among other information.

Through the academic portal, Netp@, it is possible to make registrations, payments, consultations, request documents or applications, among other activities.
The request for the Free Transport Pass for Young Students, for example, is requested through the NetP@ academic portal and the status of the request is also consulted online.
To make the request you must: Enter Netp@ > Academic Activities > Request Documents > Free Pass Declaration

This is institutional email via which students are contacted by the services and receive all official information from ESD and the entire IPL community.

How to obtain an ESD Student Card?
The student identification card is issued by Caixa Geral de Depósitos and may or may not have an associated debit account. At the start of classes in September, Caixa Geral de Depósitos will be at ESD to issue cards.

How is the campus organized?
On campus, the main buildings are marked with letters (A, C, E, F, G, M and P) and references to classrooms, studios and faculty and service offices indicate the building, floor and number of the room. For example, room C. 3.15 is room number 15, on the 3rd floor of Building C.
There are also spaces specifically assigned to the School of Dance on campus: Building B and Pavilion D.
How to get to ESD by public transport?
ESD is in the northwest part of the city of Lisbon, next to the Chelas metro station (red line, ISEL exit) and several bus stops. You can find more information about our location and means of accessing the campus here.
