The development of a culture of quality, transversal to all sectors and actors of academic life, is one of the challenges of the School of Dance (ESD), as a means to improve the educational process.

Quality Policy

According to the Quality Regulations of the Polytechnic University of Lisbon (IPL), the policy of Guaranteed Quality "corresponds to a commitment to the continuous improvement of IPL, on the part of its organic units and the involvement of all those who work in and for IPL towards defining and fulfilling the goals of the Culture of Quality ".

In compliance with the guidelines of the IPL Quality Management Office, the Quality Management Office of the School of Dance (GGQESD) was created and the Internal Quality Assurance System (SIGQ) was implemented, based on a set of practices and procedures which support the execution of the institutional strategy and ensure compliance with established goals, from a perspective of continuous improvement.
